Matt founded Wild Oak Real Estate with a simple idea: run a real estate business the way you'd want it run for your own family. More than 100 closings later, that's still the standard every file gets held to.
As Broker/Owner, Matt leads a full team of support staff serving the Triad — Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Madison, and the communities in between. He's built the brokerage around documented process and real support rather than guesswork, which means his clients get a whole team behind them.
Matt's roots here run deep, and it shows in how he works: he sells in the neighborhoods he lives in, knows the streets block by block, and stakes his reputation on being the person clients call long after the closing — for a contractor referral, a rental question, or just a second opinion. Much of Wild Oak's business comes from past clients and neighbors sending the next one his way, which is exactly how he wants it.
